This training class is a 45-minute holistic High Intensity Interval Training (hHIIT) class including: warm up, cool down, stretching and meditation. This class is a fun combination of cardio and bodyweight resistance and is great for all fitness levels, especially beginners. Prepare to burn calories, let go of stress, and love how you feel!
*Please bring a workout mat and wear sneakers.
