What is Crystal Healing?

It is one of the most ancient holistic techniques in human civilization. It is the used of gems, stones and crystals for healing purposes. Today, scientists had proved that crystals and stones are natural receptors, recipients, providers, enhancers, magnifiers and intensifiers of energy. These beautiful and powerful rocks are natural vessels for the energy and they discharge, transmit or transfer this energy by simply pressing one of their ends and placing/directing the other end next to the area that requires healing. The crystals immediately provide the healing power, taking care of any issue of the body, mind and soul. The practitioner place several crystals or stones on top of the healee’s body (i.e. the chakras, the area affected by pain or illness). Then the practitioner passes gently his/her hands and directs Reiki Energy on top of the stones, cleaning old and balancing new energy. The practitioner also can use crystal wand over the stones and energize them. Crystal Grid is another method of using grids. The practitioner uses additional crystals (Quartz). These quartz crystals are placed in a geometrical form around the healee. Then the chakra stones are placed on top of the healee’s body. The practitioner will activate the grid (connecting the quartz crystals around the healee). This will create and form an energy field that surrounds the healee and the chakra stones. Then the practitioner will proceed with cleaning and balancing the healee's energy with other crystals and Reiki. Crystal and stones have different healing properties and only a trained crystal practitioner knows what specific rock will work best for an specific emotional, physical or spiritual issue.
