Mind-Fullness meditation is a guided visualization and breathing technique that helps to quite and clear the mind. Tibetan singing bowls are used to enhance deep relaxation. The serene sound also harmonize contemplation time.
Nidra Yoga is a lovely guided meditation with candlelight and soft music where you lay down in a restorative shavasana using props to fully support your body, allowing you to go into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) while the body can heal by itself.
Yoga Nidra minimizes tension, tightness, helps with lack of sleep and difficulty to focus, brings calmness and enhances your own creativity of thoughts and ideas.
No experience meditation is necessary as both modalities are 100% guided practice.
